We act as an agent for travel service providers, arranging bookings, accommodation, transportation, and related services on your behalf. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. While we strive to ensure accurate arrangements, we are not liable for any act, omission, or failure by a third-party provider.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services in the event of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
All information on our website is published in good faith. However, prices, descriptions, and availability may change without prior notice due to supplier updates or other external factors. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect once posted on our website.
Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable government taxes totaling 23%. If the Sri Lankan government revises taxes, VAT, or levies, rates will be adjusted accordingly.
To confirm a booking, a 25% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid two (2) weeks before arrival or upon arrival in cash. Full prepayment is also accepted. Bank charges are to be borne by the client.
All amendments and cancellations must be requested in writing via info@ayulankatours.lk. Administrative and banking charges may apply to all cancellations.
You must ensure that your passport, visa, and all travel documents are valid for the entire duration of your trip. Ayulanka Tours will not be held responsible for any missed flights, denied boarding, or travel disruptions caused by incorrect documentation or personal negligence.
Travellers are responsible for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and consulting healthcare professionals before travel. Ayulanka Tours is not responsible for health complications or medical issues arising during your trip.
You must be at least 18 years old, financially responsible for all bookings made in your name, and agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for verifying all booking details and complying with visa, immigration, and health regulations.
Special requests (e.g., adjoining rooms, dietary needs, or specific hotel preferences) must be made at the time of booking. We will communicate these to the service provider, but fulfillment cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Prices may change due to revisions in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or changes in entrance fees. Clients agree to pay any additional costs that may arise. Reasonable notice will be given whenever possible.
Visitors must dress modestly when entering religious or cultural sites—shoulders and knees must be covered, and shoes, hats, or caps must be removed before entry. Storage facilities are generally available at most temple entrances.
The sale or serving of alcohol is prohibited on all Poya (full moon) days and other designated religious holidays in Sri Lanka. Hotels and restaurants must comply with this national regulation.
Ayulanka Tours shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.
All content, including text, images, and logos, on this website is owned or licensed by Ayulanka Tours. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.
